Job Opportunity: Elevate the Oktion Platform

Oktion is an online fundraising platform dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. As a key member of our team, you will work to grow Oktion as a brand and platform, collaborating with organisers, and helping them create events and fundraising opportunities while working with us to promote the Oktion brand and attract contributors.

The role requires strategic leadership to execute and monitor business-related activities for Oktion. You will work closely with our Leadership team to meet revenue targets, promote the Oktion brand, and strengthen business operations within our framework.

">

Supported by specialists, you will lead all brand activities for Oktion, including marketing, financial planning, and development activities, working closely with our General Manager and Development Manager.

">

As part of our Leadership team, you will contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of company-wide initiatives, activities, and workflows, promoting our mission and acting in our best interest.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Execute and monitor business-related activities for Oktion, meeting revenue targets and promoting the Otion brand.

2. Tactical Execution: Lead all brand activities for Oktion, including marketing, financial planning, and development activities.

3. Leadership and Collaboration: Contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of company-wide initiatives, activities, and workflows.
