About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team at ALPA. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of various projects across our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for project teams, including process guides and training materials.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to project teams, using various delivery methods, including virtual and in-person training.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring effective two-way communication.
  • Analyze project documentation and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide support to project team members as needed, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, management, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Previous project support experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn new packages quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
