  • We are seeking a team player to efficiently prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, maintain an extensive understanding of beverage products, flavours, and preparation methods, uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, and strictly adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bar experience with a comprehensive knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends is highly regarded. We also require exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail, ability to work within a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment.

  • Flexible availability with weekends essential.
