Job Role Summary

The Senior Contract Administrator will oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and claims. This role requires analytical and market-driven research to inform the selection and engagement of subcontractors.

  • Manage project costs, forecasts, and subcontractor claims, invoices.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal frameworks in contract management.
  • Prepare and manage tender processes, including documentation drafting, negotiations, and terms review.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience developing, sourcing, and managing contracts within commercial construction or civil environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiations, dispute resolution, and contract law.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or construction management required.
