We are looking for:

  • A receptionist to join our team on a fixed term full time basis
  • The days required are Monday - Friday and some Saturdays when required.
  • You must be able to commit to the first two weeks for training from your start date.

About the role:

As a key member of our Reception and Concierge team, you will be responsible for greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a caring and professional experience. Key duties include:

  • Identity and security checks
  • EFTPOS payments
  • Confirming documentation completion
  • Guiding customers through the visa medical examination process

As our successful Receptionists, you will be:

  • Customer-focused, service-oriented approach
  • Show strong attention to detail skills
  • Be effective in showcasing your communication skills
  • Be proficient in IT and MS functions
  • Be able to adhere to processes and procedures
  • Be able to pass a background check which includes an entitlement to work, a federal police check, a working with children check and 2 references
