Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Security Professional to join our team as a Cyber Security Expert. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing our cutting-edge security solutions for enterprise clients.

You will work closely with our clients to deliver end-to-end security services, from design and configuration to testing, deployment, and customer success. This is a client-facing technical position that requires excellent communication skills, hands-on expertise in web and network security, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Lead the integration and deployment of our security solutions for enterprise customers
  • Analyze customer traffic and system architecture to tailor solutions addressing unique security challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Provide documentation, configuration, testing, debugging, and go-live support
  • Act as a trusted advisor and central point of contact for assigned clients
  • Conduct technical workshops, solution reviews, and training sessions with customers
  • Identify service enhancement opportunities and proactively address technical issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery standards

Required qualifications and skills include 5+ years of experience in IT security, a strong focus on web and network security, demonstrated success in customer-facing technical roles, and excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and full-time working rights in Australia.
