As a part of our dynamic team, you will be working in a state-of-the-art facility with modern equipment, including two spacious consult rooms, a dedicated dental suite, surgical theatre, and ultrasound technology.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless client experiences and fostering a positive team culture. Your leadership skills will motivate and guide our veterinary professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain high standards of animal welfare.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Oversight of scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
  • Maintenance of compliance with veterinary standards and regulations
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Leadership and mentorship of veterinary professionals and support staff
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
Client Relations:
  • Building strong relationships with clients and addressing concerns promptly
  • Implementation of strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
Financial Management:
  • Collaboration with the regional management team to achieve financial targets
  • Monitoring and management of clinic financial performance
Marketing and Community Engagement:
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
  • Engagement with the local community to build awareness of the clinic's services

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the veterinary industry (at least 1-2 years)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of veterinary practice operations and industry regulations
  • Business acumen and financial management skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
