As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will play a vital role in the design, development and sustainment of complex aerospace systems.

The Opportunity

This position offers a dynamic chance for recent engineering graduates to contribute to the growth and success of our team.

  • E-7A Wedgetail: The cornerstone of Australia's national air defence capability, featuring advanced airborne surveillance, communications and battle management capabilities.
  • MQ-28 Ghost Bat: Development and integration of mission systems for uncrewed teaming aircraft to support multi-mission air combat operations.
  • Sustainment Operations: Maintenance, repair, overhaul and upgrades of military aircraft, including F/A-18F Super Hornets, CH-47F Chinooks and P-8A Poseidons, plus training design and delivery.
  • Joint Systems: Design, development and sustainment of defence communications systems and networks.

You will provide critical engineering support for air vehicle structures throughout the product lifecycle, conduct technical investigations, resolve product defects, develop air vehicle modification kits and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The 24-month graduate program is designed to equip you with essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work, while fostering your growth into an experienced professional.
