Role Overview

This is a Digital Experience and Ecommerce Trade Lead role that requires developing and implementing best-in-class digital experiences across web and app platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging customer journeys using data-driven insights.
  • Lead ecommerce trading plans to drive growth, boosting traffic and conversion.
  • Design and execute online and customer-facing initiatives, integrating BIG W Market offerings.
  • Drive innovation in digital channels, focusing on personalisation, experimentation, retail media, loyalty, and AI applications.
  • Manage high-performing teams, leveraging data to inform decision-making and content creation.
  • Partner with stakeholders across BIG W and Woolworths Group to deliver joint business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of ecom experience in high-trading, large retail environments.
  • Expertise in ecom trading, SEO, UX, CRO, and content development.
  • Previous leadership experience driving large teams (direct and cross-functional).
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
