Conflict Resolution Specialist

This role is focused on providing expert legal and technical advice to entitlements managers and case managers.
The successful candidate will represent our company at conciliation conferences and regularly update stakeholders about progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Extensive experience within the workers' compensation industry and a deep understanding of workers' compensation legislation.
- Extensive experience in the workers' compensation eligibility process, case management, and technical management.
- Experience in dispute resolution.
- A keen ability to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dispute resolution role is preferred but not essential.
- Significant experience in claims management in the workers' compensation scheme.
- Strong working knowledge of the relevant legislation and medical terminology.
