Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced operations professional to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and supporting scheduling and field teams, ensuring jobs, routines, and repairs are completed on time. The successful candidate will also run toolbox talks and operational meetings, maintain reports, dashboards, and system updates (Uptick), monitor KPIs, compliance, and safety standards, and support technicians with operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support scheduling and field teams.

- Monitor KPIs, compliance, and safety standards.

What We Need From You:
- Experience in operations or project management.
- Fire safety industry experience is essential.
- Strong compliance and safety knowledge.
- Proficiency with MS Office and job management systems (Uptick/simPRO).
- Australian Permanent Residency.
