Job Title: HS&E Supervisor

This role is pivotal in supporting the safe execution of major infrastructure works in a dynamic construction environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Environmental Leadership
  • Promote and uphold safety-first principles across all construction activities.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with health, safety, and environmental management plans.
  • Implement and govern project-specific health, safety, and environmental documentation and systems.
  • Actively monitor construction activities and support the project team with incident management and safety improvement initiatives.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Support preparation and review of health, safety, and environmental documentation including SWMS, JSEA, and subcontractor safety plans.
  • Facilitate site inductions and contractor compliance tracking.
  • Assist in incident investigations and close-out processes using PPM systems.
  • Audit contractor safety documentation and project compliance.
  • Planning & Delivery Support
  • Maintain and update health, safety, and environmental management plans and project governance documents.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to review risks and apply mitigation measures.
  • Participate in risk assessments, environmental reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • To achieve this role's objectives, the selected candidate will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering results in a construction or engineering environment.
