As Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and develop a high-performing team. Your primary objective is to maximize sales opportunities through coaching, developing, and providing constructive feedback to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers by implementing robust health and safety protocols.
- Assume Store Manager duties as required, including opening and closing the store, managing stock levels, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
- Develop and maintain a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
To succeed in this role, you will require previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a retail environment. Strong communication skills, confidence in providing feedback, and a passion for delivering a unique customer experience are essential. Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety is also necessary.
What We OfferPeter Alexander offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 50% staff discounts on Peter Alexander products. A structured 3-month training plan, development plans, and rotating weekend roster are also available to support your growth.
