Job Summary:

The Director of Academic Excellence will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of academic programs and initiatives that drive student achievement and success. This role will oversee the design and delivery of curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices that align with the school's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement academic programs and initiatives that align with the school's mission and goals.
  • Lead the design and delivery of curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices that promote student achievement and success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to develop and implement professional development programs that enhance teaching and learning practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to inform future directions.
  • Develop and manage budgets for academic programs and initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and educational partners.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in a senior role.
  • Deep understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
