Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Customer Experience & Leasing teams in our Office business. The role involves delivering leasing and marketing projects, driving performance through customer engagement, and providing administrative support to the Leasing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support digital content campaigns and strategies across all platforms, including customer portals and content management systems.
  • Coordinate and manage key customer engagement initiatives and project manage marketing and leasing team events.
  • Deploy customer experiences within national workplaces and provide graphic design support for internal brand building.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader marketing and customer team to ensure alignment and consistent brand messaging at every customer touch point.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator capacity. You will also need proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and excellent technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

This role would suit a natural communicator with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
