**Job Title: Leasing Manager**

We are seeking an energetic and motivated **Leasing Manager**. This full-time role offers acompetitive base salary, car allowance, and significant opportunities for career growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property viewings: Show available properties to prospective tenants and answer all leasing-related queries, providing a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Assist with lease documentation: Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, including preparing and managing lease agreements, tenancy contracts, andother required documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants: Serve as the point of contact for both tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Market and promote properties: Regularly update property listings and assist increating and executing marketing strategies to attract new tenants. This may include online advertising, social media promotion, and collaborating with the marketing team.
- Market analysis and reporting: Stay up to date on market trends, rental pricing, andlocal property conditions. Provide feedback to the management team on competitive leasing strategies.
- Administrative support: Ensure that all leasing-related administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, maintaining accurate records and files.

**Requirements**:

- Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Driving Requirements: Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
- Other Qualifications: A passion for customer interaction, interest in real estate, and awillingness to learn.
