Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team, responsible for coordinating multiple retail fit-out projects across various locations. You will be the vital link between clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multiple retail fit-out projects across various locations
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and timely delivery
  • Review and interpret design drawings and specifications
  • Oversee procurement, order tracking, and supplier relationships
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 - 5 years design background (interior design, retail design, or similar) with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in retail design/fit-out, shopfitting, or commercial construction projects preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software advantageous
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
