Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator with a design background to coordinate multiple retail fit-out projects across various locations.

  • Coordinate multiple retail fit-out projects across various locations.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
  • Review and interpret design drawings and specifications.
  • Oversee procurement, order tracking, and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the design field (interior design, retail design, or similar) with strong attention to detail.
  • A background in retail design/fit-out, shopfitting, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with project management software are advantageous.
  • Being proactive, adaptable, and collaborative are essential traits.
