Fit-Out Project Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the construction and fit-out of new retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Participate in store layout and design documentation review, assess project feasibility and provide cost control input.
- Construction Oversight: Supervise the full construction process, monitor site safety, material usage and quality standards.
- Store Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and equipment maintenance, analyse recurring issues and improve future store fit-out standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising construction or fit-out projects in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with APAC building codes and retail fit-out processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and project cost control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.
