As a compassionate and dedicated support worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual with a disability or mental health condition. Your role will involve providing direct support to enable our client to live as independently as possible in their own home.We are seeking a calm, bright, enthusiastic and experienced support worker with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality support services. You will be responsible for assisting our client with personal care, meal preparation, and other daily activities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting client with daily work and activities
  • Leading the client to achieve their goals and enhancing their quality of life
  • Providing positive and respectful attitude within a welcoming environment
  • Personal care such as help with showering and dressing
  • Assisting and supporting our client in their home and in the community
  • Supporting the client in achieving their set goals for the day
  • Providing true and authentic companionship to the client
  • Developing and maintaining a safe work environment

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible and adaptable, and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will also need to be proficient with the use of technology such as smartphones and tablets.
