Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned deals throughout the build phase to ensure timely completion and delivery dates.
  • Issue Work Packs efficiently and identify process improvements within the New Machine Delivery department.
  • Oversee accurate and efficient invoicing following machine delivery and communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Customer Service or Business Administration or similar sales experience.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills, computer proficiency, and high attention to detail.
