Sport Science and Performance Director

The role of the Sport Science and Performance Director is pivotal in overseeing physical testing, data analysis, training program design, and leading a team to enhance athletic performance.
This position integrates data with academic results, develops goal-setting frameworks, and promotes best practices. Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, educational program development, and resource management to support the college's mission.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You hold a Bachelor of Education Degree and ideally a Master of Educational Leadership or possess significant experience and a proven track record of leading whole-school initiatives to improve student outcomes.
- You will have demonstrated an understanding of school improvement through the analysis of data.
- You possess outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work within tight timeframes and effectively manage multiple projects.
- You will have demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in, school organisation policy and procedures.
- You will have demonstrated commitment to nurturing positive relationships between students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- You have or can obtain a valid working with children check.
- You are committed to ongoing learning in alignment with the development directions of the institution.
- You are characterised by purpose, persistence, and reflection.
