Technical Solution Specialist

The role involves delivering tailored technical solutions that align with customer business goals using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate client requirements into CE configurations and customisations.
  • Lead project planning with a focus on risk mitigation specific to CE deployments.
  • Support pre-sales efforts with in-depth knowledge of CE.
  • Develop strong relationships to drive user adoption and satisfaction.

The position also involves leveraging and developing intellectual property within the CE ecosystem and staying current with advancements in AI-powered features directly relevant to CE.

Expertise in CE, AI integration, and proven experience in end-to-end CE implementations are essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting and delivering complex business solutions using CE and related Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading project teams and managing large-scale enterprise deployments with a focus on customer success and adoption.

Certification in CE or equivalent practical experience is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with additional Microsoft Business Applications and exposure to industry-specific solutions implemented on CE.
