About the Role:
A national Tier 2 builder with projects up to $70m in Victoria, this established commercial builder has excellent processes to ensure your success and a career development path into a PM or Contract Manager position. They have a diverse portfolio across commercial, industrial, health, education, and apartment projects and have an excellent name in the market.
About You:
- Ideally degree qualified in a Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent degree
- Have let all subby packages on local relevant projects
- Have seen projects from start to finish and have experience in all CA responsibilities across the entire project
- Have worked on relevant commercial build projects
- Have good communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people
