Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Lending Operations Consultant to join our team in Bendigo. As a key member of our lending operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers and staff receive exceptional service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process loans, variations, and exception reports with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and action mortgage discharges, loan closures, and associated functions
  • Certify and book loans, settlements, and loan funding
  • Contract and fund loans, ensuring timely completion
  • Provide outstanding internal customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues
  • Participate in relevant training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lending operations services, processes, and procedures
Requirements
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Professional presentation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and advance skills
  • Computer proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
