We are seeking a skilled professional to support the planning, coordination and delivery of customer experience programs. As a key team member, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the client service team to coordinate customer experience programs
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding program progress
  • Manage program budgets and invoicing processes
  • Analyze data to inform program decisions and provide insights

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or communications (desired)
  • Previous experience in retail, administration or client service roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
