Job Description:

The Home Loan Service & Support Expert will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via Live Chat, inbound calls, and other channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will guide them through the loan process from application to settlement and beyond.

You will work closely with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and settlement agents to ensure a seamless loan settlement experience. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial in ensuring compliance with lender policies.

As a key member of our team, you will maintain high standards of service and professionalism in every customer interaction. You will also support team operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via Live Chat, inbound calls, and other channels
  • Guide customers through the loan process from application to settlement and beyond
  • Work closely with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and settlement agents to ensure a seamless loan settlement experience
  • Manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance with lender policies
  • Maintain high standards of service and professionalism in every customer interaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in home lending or a similar customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A calm, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Genesys, or similar platforms
