About Us

Fox & Lillie is a 100% Australian family-owned and operated wool export, buying, and broking business with an extensive network of regional branches, international offices, and wool processing facilities.

Fox & Lillie operates two core businesses in wool. Fox & Lillie is the company's wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company's rural services business. Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 14 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.

About the Role

We are looking for a Store Coordinator to work at our Bendigo Wool Store in Goornong. The Store Coordinator supports the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the wool store. This is a hands-on supervisory role that provides a real opportunity for career development for suitable candidates.

The role involves:

  1. Supervision of store staff
  2. General wool store operations
  3. Coordinate receivals, testing, and shipping of wool
  4. Unloading and loading of trucks (Forklift Operation)
  5. On Farm pickups (HR Truck licence required)
  6. Ongoing career opportunities and mentoring for motivated persons

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  1. Highly motivated and self-driven
  2. Experience in leading a small team and related field
  3. Self-driven ability to work unsupervised
  4. Forklift and HR Truck Licence
  5. Desire to join a team and build a career
