Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned business leader to oversee our remarketing and loss recovery teams. As the Asset Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability, minimizing financial losses, and ensuring top-notch compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead auctions partners to achieve optimal sale prices on repossessed assets and monitor operating lease inspections, invoicing, and returns.
- Manage and communicate team performance to key stakeholders.
- Oversee retailer and brand partner relationships, return processes, and internal reporting requirements.
- Digitize and automate systems, processes, and customer communications where possible.
- Deliver efficiency gains and productivity improvements to save resources or increase their utilization.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' leadership experience managing a multi-function team with 5 or more direct reports.
- Strong interest and knowledge of the automotive sector, including managing remarketing and auction house partners.
- Industry expertise focusing within finance, insurance, and banking.
- Proven success in driving employee engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
