Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maximising collections and recovery strategies within assigned portfolios.
  • Identifying and managing sensitive issues on customers' accounts to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Negotiating complex disputes with customers to mitigate exposure.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience in fast-paced Credit Recovery environments.
  • Demonstrated background in debt collection, mercantile, and legal recoveries across various debt profiles.
  • Strong negotiation skills, decision-making abilities, and empathy as a team player.
