Regional Manager Opportunity

As a Regional Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our Retail Store Teams within your region. Your focus will be on delivering more expertise, more service, more value, and more care for people, pets, and the planet.

The Opportunity

  • Lead and guide the team to achieve sales, KPIs, and deliver world-class customer service.
  • Regularly visit stores within your region, providing feedback and direction to the team.
  • Ensure successful, timely, and accurate execution of key department initiatives.
  • Drive performance of Pet Services within the store group.
  • Work closely with Store Managers to promote induction and relevant training opportunities for their teams.
  • Support Store Managers with stock and margin management, as well as stocktake, ensuring completion as directed by the Loss & Risk team.
  • Coach and mentor team members to provide development and succession opportunities.
  • Own and champion Team Engagement within the store group, working with Store Managers to identify and implement focus areas and actions at group and store level.
  • Support your store team in recruiting and onboarding new members.
  • Provide monthly reporting and new store business cases as required.
  • Analyze opposition's stock mix, by product, volume, supplier, and presentation to assist the Merchandise team in determining the appropriate stock mix and volume.
  • Actively follow, coach, and champion WH&S guidelines and processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in managing a diverse multi-site retail team.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multi-site sales, profitability, and compliance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
