Job Title: Food Service Expert

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Service Expert.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your expertise in food and beverage operations will be invaluable in creating memorable experiences for our travelers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure in both food and beverage operations and front office procedures, giving you a well-rounded understanding of hotel service and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the needs of our guests and exceeding their expectations

- Provide a friendly, genuine service throughout the entire food and beverage and welcoming experience, creating a place that puts our guests at ease

- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail

- Understand the requirements of our guests and create personalized experiences that meet their needs

- Support your Food and Beverage and Front Office team in general operational tasks

- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to drive future bookings

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in a similar role

- Working rights in Australia

- An up-to-date RSA certificate

- Have or willing to obtain both a Food safety certificate and Allergen Awareness certificate

- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
