Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our kitchen team as a food preparation expert. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, focusing on attention to detail
  • Follow a food preparation checklist and establish priority items
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food before use
  • Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
  • Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations, focusing on the guest's overall wellbeing
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives and equipment.
  • Maintain strong food safety and property standards
