**Job Overview**

Provide exceptional customer service and deliver personalized experiences to guests at our luxury hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising on menu options.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly following appropriate procedures.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, dietary requirements, and special requests.
  • Record transactions using a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of working areas.
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements requested by guests.

**Requirements**

Must have responsible service of alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.

I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from City of Perth is also required.

Experience in customer service roles is preferred but not necessary. Must have passion for delivering excellent customer service and unrestricted working rights for Australia.
