The Senior Educator position at Goodstart Early Learning offers a rewarding career opportunity for individuals passionate about shaping the lives of young children. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing educational programs that foster a love of learning and promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to design and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to early childhood educators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Child Safety: Prioritize child safety and well-being, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives, incorporating best practices and research-based evidence to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
- Strong Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check.
