Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Glendal Preschool. As an integral part of our 4-Year-Old program, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore and learn
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality programs that align with our curriculum goals
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being

- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $73,000 - $86,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a similar setting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
