Customer Success Manager

Lead a team of Customer Success Managers in the ANZ ASEAN region, overseeing a book of business with 16 enterprise customers. Engage directly with customers through outcome- and value-led interactions, building and executing Customer Success Plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, Manage, Mentor, Coach, and Develop a Team
  • Drive and Mentor the Team to Build, Manage, and Execute Quality Customer Success Plans
  • Partner with Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Support, and Advisory Teams to Drive Customer Success Motions and Impact Customer Value, Adoption, and Growth
  • Regularly Report on Team and Individual Contributor Results to Senior Leadership

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of 6 Customer Success Managers and 2 Customer Success Associates primarily in the AECO industry. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Success Enterprise APAC.
