Sales and Service Coordinator
Job Description:
Our team is looking for a Sales and Service Coordinator to join our global organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales orders and liaising with the sales team to communicate delivery timeline expectations for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will provide accurate quotations, manage spare parts inquiries via hotline, and confirm sales orders promptly. They will also be responsible for coordinating purchase authorisations, sourcing non-genuine parts when needed, and ensuring compliance with pricing and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide accurate quotations and manage spare parts inquiries via hotline.
2. Confirm sales orders promptly and ensure timely delivery of goods.
3. Coordinate purchase authorisations and source non-genuine parts when needed.
4. Monitor sales orders for pricing accuracy and follow up on outstanding orders.
5. Complete business/back-order reports on time and ensure DIFOT targets are met.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a heavy machine focus. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment. Familiarity with inventory systems and order processing tools, proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly regarded. Solid experience in the processing of purchase and sales orders. A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to interpret spare parts manuals and drawings. Full working rights in Australia.
