Project Manager for Print & Retail Displays

This role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for managing low and medium-level spending projects, ensuring timely delivery, high compliance, and quality standards.

The Production Manager will collaborate with teams and departments to deliver client production activities with the highest standards. They will be accountable for accuracy, quality, timeliness, and profitability of multiple campaigns and projects by managing briefing, scheduling, and delivery processes on behalf of clients.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of print/POS displays production management experience and industry background or education. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Creating a collaborative work environment and fostering discussion on upcoming projects and requirements
  • Demonstrating expertise as a subject matter expert and addressing questions and finding solutions
  • Process Improvement: Proposing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communication: Providing visibility on day-to-day topics, tailoring messages to respective audiences, and ensuring feedback and output are received
  • Campaign Management: Managing low to medium complexity briefs, questioning briefs to ensure effective delivery, and providing regular campaign updates
  • Negotiations Management: Managing team and supplier conversations to find mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Presenting on client site or office in Sydney, minimum 3 days per week based on client requirements
  • Traveling to conferences or client events when required
  • Working outside contracted hours occasionally, recovering time in other moments
