- Sell HR & Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to the SME sector (5-50 employee businesses).
You will be responsible for:
- Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day business activity.
- Achieving quarterly sales targets.
- Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
- Accurately building, managing, and maintaining your sales pipeline.
- 2+ years of track record in selling in a B2B environment.
- Confidence in value-based/consultative selling.
- Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Board of Directors, and HR Managers.
- Uncapped earnings: Drive and strive to change the trajectory of your earnings.
- Commission accelerators: Each month drive your earnings into 10% accelerators.
- Year 1 package: Starting base salary of up to $75,000 + Super + Guaranteed commission & uncapped commission, plus Company Car or Car Allowance. Year 1 minimum earning $150K+
- Peninsula bonuses: Additional quarterly bonuses up to $30,000.
