Role Overview

This is a captivating opportunity to support the evolution of the employee experience. As a Change and Communications Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation.

About the Role

You will be part of the Internal Communications Team and work closely with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver impactful communications and campaigns that drive business priorities forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing communication strategies and plans that support the launch or embedding of initiatives.
  • Providing expert advice on day-to-day issues with senior stakeholders.
  • Becoming the custodian of the RACV narrative and story to ensure employees have a clear understanding of the journey.
  • Working with key stakeholders and the internal communications team to maximize engagement of diverse employee segments.
  • Ensuring all communications are informative, engaging, and relevant to employees' needs.
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for an experienced talent partner who has a strong background in corporate communications.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to interpret and analyze data, and present information in a concise and meaningful manner.
