We are seeking an Administration Clerk to fill a Casual role within our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by performing tasks such as typing, data entry and filing documents
- Learn radio communication procedures and develop skills in On Time Running protocols
- Maintain accurate records and provide reliable support to colleagues
- Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective interaction with staff and customers
- Show a professional attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Desirable Criteria:
- Familiarity with the local area is beneficial for providing effective support
- Proficiency in computer mapping software can be advantageous
- Previous experience with two-way radios is highly desirable
This position requires the successful candidate to work flexible shifts on a rotating roster between 06:00am and 21:00pm, including weekends.
