Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team as an office administrator.



The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating events, managing office supplies, and assisting with project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including mail, deliveries, office orders, room bookings, and general housekeeping.
  • Coordinate events and activities, including client meetings, industry events, and office social events.
  • Assist with entering and tracking office vehicle log book details.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and office expenses, create purchase orders, and manage invoices.
  • Assist with office health and safety management, including visitor sign-in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment, office vehicle maintenance, and reporting within the QSR system.
  • Assist project managers in drafting proposals and tenders, including compiling, reviewing, formatting, and submission of documents.
  • Assistance with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning, and binding.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assist with staff expense claims.
  • General support to the Office Manager and other staff as required.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in administration and project coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks and a proven ability to take the initiative.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Professional presentation and working within a professional environment.
