Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site-level planning, governance and communication activities such as relocations, asset management and community engagement.

The Role:
  • Lead the development and delivery of site-specific engagement and action plans for the High-rise Redevelopment Program.
  • Drive standards and practices that uphold our commitment to renter voice on decisions important to them.
  • Establish trusted relationships, communication and engagement channels with renters and community partners that are critical to the program.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong relationship building skills, able to build trust and partnerships across all levels and functions.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, able to recognise and manage competing interests.
  • Project management experience, able to manage projects from start to finish, setting clear goals and timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with clarity, confidence and purpose.
