This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a high-profile Defence programme as a Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial matters and contractual activities across Defence projects.
  • Develop and drive negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Design commercial strategies aligned with project objectives.
  • Manage contract variations and ensure compliance with Defence procurement procedures.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams.
  • Foster relationships with senior executives, customers, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, or Commerce with knowledge of contract law.
  • Proven experience in commercial management within the Defence sector.
  • Strong track record in managing large-scale Defence contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with capture methodologies and business development strategies.
  • NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.
