Service Delivery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Atos. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Managed IT services to key enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service delivery processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ITSM best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work proactively and under pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
