We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Manager to lead projects at various levels of seniority across the QLD region.

The Job Description
  • Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing low-to-medium value OnQ Type 2 and Type 3 road infrastructure projects, particularly in design phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, manage project variations, changes, and maintain change control processes.
  • Oversee risk management, develop contingency plans, and escalate unmanageable risks.
  • Monitor overall progress, scope, project schedule, quality standards, resource use, and initiate corrective action when necessary.
  • Establish project administration systems, document control, and record management.
  • Coordinate regular progress reports and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) & RPEQ accreditation or equivalent qualification accepted by Institution of Engineers Australia as a Technologist Member (TMIEAust).
  • Demonstrated consultation, conflict avoidance, and group facilitation skills with Australian State Government Road Authorities.
