About This Role

As a key member of our QLD Engineering team based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for leading a group of engineers to enhance engineering design outcomes that meet client needs and legal compliance.

You will work collaboratively with talented professionals on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that benefit clients and communities.

This role requires an independent thinker who can challenge norms, develop new ideas, and progress environmentally sustainable engineering solutions.

To thrive in this position, you will need to have experience in managing the engineering scope of multiple projects varying in complexity and size.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional experience in a consultancy environment in the area of civil mining infrastructure in a leadership or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
  • Extensive knowledge of civil engineering to deliver a broad range of civil engineering projects
  • Ability to build relationships and develop business
