About the Role

This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact on organisational growth, employee development, and overall HR effectiveness. As an integral part of our HR strategy, you will lead and support a wide range of initiatives aimed at driving business transformation, improving workplace culture, and fostering a high-performance environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the delivery of organisational development initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of diversity and inclusion strategies that foster an inclusive and high-performance culture.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of Group HR data and metrics on a monthly basis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends in organisational development, HR best practices, and market benchmarks to provide management with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Critically assess and recommend improvements to existing HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure they remain relevant, efficient, and aligned with the evolving needs of the organisation.
Your Background

We are looking for a proven expert in Organisational Development, HR strategy, Generalist HR or a similar field. You should have a strong understanding of organisational change management, leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, experience in data analysis and HR reporting, and the ability to design, implement, and evaluate HR and organisational development programs that align with strategic goals.

You will also have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, as well as experience in researching industry trends, benchmarking practices, and applying insights to improve HR functions.
