Purchasing and Materials Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned Purchasing and Materials Coordinator to lead the ordering process on a daily basis, aligned with production schedules.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, combined with relevant Food industry expertise.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory holdings, providing timely Supplier SIFOT & DIFOT reporting, managing supplier invoicing and credit control, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in purchasing/procurement, coupled with relevant Food industry experience.
- Experience in planning, materials planning, procurement or strategic sourcing and replenishment roles.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Dynamics 365 Business Central.
